Check the light on the front panel.
blue : all ok
off : switched off / no power → plugin USB-C cable to charge and use the anchor

Calibration Result is bad
Check the anchor positions. Check if large equipment hides the anchor (loudspeakers, lamps,..).
Thin Materials are not a problem. See MOUNT
